I became a patient of Dr. Ambach about 2 years ago when I was looking for alternatives to back surgery. Dr. Ambach is very personal, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. She took her time in evaluating me. I never felt rushed. Her staff is extremely friendly as well. I finally made the decision to move forward with stem cell treatment. After about 3 and a half months, post treatment, I am starting to see results. This is very exciting to me, especially as an Ironman triathlete. I feel like I am going to be able to return to the sport of triathlon with confidence. If your considering stem cell therapy or any other kind of regeneration therapy, I would highly recommend you to visit Dr. Ambach.

I had a great experience with my platelet-rich plasma injection for my foot which I just had at the SDOMG office. Doctor Ambach and SDOMG staff (i.e. the wonderful nurses who were assisting her) have a very high level of expertise and are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring for their patients. The procedure went about pain-free for me and I am feeling pretty good in my current recovery phase. I would highly recommend this office.

I have had patellar tendon pain for 2 years. I went through professional athlete physical therapy and conditioning and never got pain free. 6 weeks after PRP 2 of the three small tears were pain free and healing. And now at 3 months I can move pain free.

Dr Rodgers and Dr. Ambach are a great team! I had a injury that couldn’t be diagnosed for 15 years until Dr Rodgers found it and was able to treat with PRP and have been pain free from that injury ever since. I had PRP injections on my ankle and wrist to day with Dr. Ambach. The injections were much less painful then previous injections at another clinic. Dr. Ambach and her staff were very nice and helpful despite my nerves.

I went in for epidural because if a buldging disc at L1. Dr Ambach was great, very gentle and exlpained what she was doing. The entire staff is so caring and made you feel comfortable and as relaxed as you can be. They are all awesome angels on earth.

Highly recommend sdomg for prp procedures. They did work on both my shoulders which have had surgeries in the past and got me back to playing golf quickly. Can't thank them enough!
