Dr. Ambach is one of the pioneers in the field of Orthobiologics, which are cells and naturally derived substances used to treat orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. Her specialized training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Orthopedic Sports and Spine makes her uniquely qualified in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions. She is one of the few in the country who completed an additional specialty training in Orthobiologics and Regenerative Medicine. She is highly trained in Fluoroscopic (Live x-ray) and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound guided injections. She is also skilled in the use of real time musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging in the evaluation and diagnosis of orthopedic injuries. Her active participation in clinical research and physician training seminars/workshops distinguishes her as one of the leaders in the field of Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine
FDA Compliant Medical Facility
Our biologic treatments using blood, bone marrow or adipose tissue are compliant with FDA regulations. They are performed on the same day, minimally manipulated and falls under the Same Surgical Procedure Exemption. We only use biologics that are autologous (obtained from the same individual) and do not use those that are obtained from donated fluids or tissues. Any off label uses of medications and products are disclosed and are used only for the best interest of the patient.
