Dr. Ambach was very knowledgeable about my father's back condition and thorough with her prognosis and treatment recommendations. She took the time to walk us through his most recent MRI, which my father really appreciated, and was extremely informative and helpful. He learned a lot about SDOMG's approach and his own condition. I had my reservations about PRP and cell/regenerative therapy, but I believe SDOMG's approach is an extraordinary combination of traditional medicine AND biologics. Their whole office was a pleasure to work with and they were completely transparent about pricing and realistic about what their treatments may or may not improve. I would wholeheartedly recommend a consultation to anyone interested in alternative treatment options.

I was treated for lumbar and cervical spine herniated discs by Dr Ambach. I just had the treatment today so it is too soon to know how successful it will be but the procedure went very well. The doctor was extremely caring and thorough in her explanation of how PRP treatments work. The procedure went smoothly. It was a little painful and uncomfortable but the doctor continuously checked in on me. It was a very positive experience and I will post again as I go through my recovery.

I could not say enough great things about this doctor, her assistant, Ayesha, and the receptionist, Andrea. They are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ambach took her time with me to answer all of my questions. I had to call the office twice as I was in so much back pain, and Ayesha and Dr. Ambach were kind and compassionate and told me what to do. I just received some injections in my back and should not have been nervous about it. All was done carefully and gently. I would hightly recommend this doctor and practice to anyone. The office is also beautiful!

Phenominal experience. Non evasive and virtually painless. Dr Ambach is the most efficient surgeon I have every known. The procedure was quick and efficient. I now have very little pain and my movement is 100 per cent improved. I am now considering the back procedure next.

Dr Ambach did my stem cell. She was very thorough in her exam if my knees. She’s knowledgeable, spent time answering all my questions and was right on time for my appointment. Her skills with injecting my knees was gentle and relatively pain free which is a challenge with my very arthritic knees!

Extremely friendly and attentive office- I had the PRP into both my knees with Dr. Ambach just recently- All I could say is Thank God and Thank Dr. Ambach. After a few days of readjustment, I felt virtually no more pain in either knee- Even though I have a slightly torn meniscus in my left knee, and a slight tear on my MCL in my right knee; I'm already getting back to my usual athletic regimen.
