I've been having a 2-year struggle with severe pain due to OA in both knees and RA over the rest of my body. Cortisone shot didn't work at all. Medication didn't work for my OA, either. I thought there was no hope, and the pain was so bad that I wanted to chop my legs off.

Then through a long-time friend, I learned about Dr. Ambach and even though she was in San Diego and I am in San Jose (NorCal), she was kind enough to take me on as her patient and work me into her busy schedule.

I was a bit apprehensive about the various treatments since they were all new to me, but as soon as I got to her clinic, the staff made me feel at ease. Then when I finally met Dr. Ambach, she explained all of the treatments and calmed my fears.

During my PRP treatment, I appreciated Dr. Ambach's professional yet down-to-earth approach. I also appreciated her assistant, who also helped calm me down by gently tapping my legs during the whole time, along with the music.

It was finally nice to meet Anissa in person. She was very helpful during the weeks prior to coming to our appointment, answering all of our questions, and giving us the info we needed to prepare for our trip to the clinic.

Even though Dr. Ambach said it would take some time for the treatment to take effect, I experienced immediate pain relief which was a big surprise to me. When I stood up from sitting down, I could immediately walk with very little pain. Before, I would have to stay still for almost a minute waiting for the extreme pain to subside enough so I could start to walk. The change was so dramatic, I couldn't believe it. It truly is a miracle.

I just want to thank Dr. Ambach and her team for giving me my life back. I feel like I have hope now to continue dealing with my RA, now that I have relief from my OA in my knees. I will forever be grateful to Bioevolve and wish them all the best in helping others like me who are suffering from extreme joint pain.

Dr Ambach did PRP on my right heel due to micro tears in my achilles. I had pain in my foot/heel for about 2 years and had gone to PT, acupuncture, wore a walking boot and was then advised I would need surgery which had a long recovery and 6-8 weeks no weight bearing or driving. I found Dr Ambach and the PRP option and gave it a try. I had an injection in June and a follow up booster in January. Best decision I ever made. Amazing results. My foot/heel feels brand new and the recovery time was a few days followed by some PT . No more pain. Highly recommend Dr Ambach and PRP!

I don't usually write reviews but Dr. Mary has helped me so much over the years I want to acknowledge the excellent work she has accomplished with my health. For my back, hips and knees I have received epidurals, PRP and prolozone injections. Each treatment successfully reduced my discomfort and the pain never returned.

Other doctors I tried worked very quickly, didn't explain clearly what they would do and the pain recurred. Dr. Mary is very honest and a perfectionist who will inform you of any limits to what she can help with.

Dr. Mary Ambach is absolutely awesome. Had continual back and hip issues for many years. Thought I would just have to live with the pain. I am an avid Golfer and was thinking about giving it up. Was referred to Dr Ambach who evaluated my concerns and scheduled my procedure. Office stall and assistants were very helpful and professional. The procedure was a few hours but was quite tolerable and Dr Ambach explained every step. After few days I could not believe the relief, I had. It's been over a month since my procedure, and I have NO pain in my hip or back. Thank Youi Dr. Mary Ambach!!

Dr. Ambach and her staff were very flexible and responsive to my needs and questions. Their facility is organized and efficient. I was impressed with their ability to perform all of my treatments effectively, with a strong bed side manner to answer questions and concerns.
I feel very confident that their analysis and equipment used was specific to my injuries.

Great visit with a great PRP treatment on 7/15/2021. Dr. Amback explained everything as she was doing the PRP injections in my L3,L4,L5 and my SI joint. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering this treatment.

Dr. Ambach is very knowledgeable about regenerative medicine and all the injection therapies. She is very concerned with her patients’ well-being and looks for solutions that will work for each patient. She has helped my lumbar pain tremendously with PRP in both the epidural space and facet joints. She’s awesome.

Listened to my concerns, developed an accurate diagnosis, provided state ot the art care. I'm back to playing golf without pain. It's wonderful.

It's so nice to see a physician and be welcomed, listened to and given a realistic explanation of what the issues are and how to address them. I wish we could replicate this process for other institutions both in and out of the medical field. Best experience in a doctor's office in a very long time. The entire staff was great.
